At Gemstones of India, customer satisfaction means everything to us. We strive to ensure that every purchase results in a seamless, positive, and fulfilling experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us process your return smoothly, please review the following guidelines:

Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before sending back any item.

Items must be returned in brand-new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, certificates, labels, and accompanying literature (if applicable).

“New and unused” means the product must not show any signs of wear, damage, scratches, or alterations. We do not accept used or damaged items, and such items will be shipped back to the buyer.

If your purchase included any free gift or promotional offer, those items must also be returned.

Returning an item may void any multi-buy or promotional discount applied at the time of purchase.

All refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee and will be issued using the same payment method originally used.

Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be prepaid, insured for the full value, and shipped via a reputable traceable service.

Custom or special-order items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded.

Gemstones of India is not responsible for returns that are not shipped in accordance with the above guidelines.
